Finally grasping the meaning
of Home, I realize I can be
anywhere in the world, as long
as I am with the one I love.
When I am alone I need certain
things to keep my sanity, but
when I am with him, the things
in my surroundings no longer
matter. My cocoon, my
cradle, my anchor, my support
my nest – is merely his heartbeat,
the feel of his breath and the
deep brown pools of his eyes.
This is when I know I am Home.
